Receptionist
Locations: Jakarta
Main Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, mail, and greet guests
- Handle domestic travel bookings for employees
- Manage the scheduling and booking of all function rooms
- Handle the distribution and reception of letters, documents, or packages to branches and customers in Indonesia
- Maintain inventory of office supplies (ATK/Stationary) and handle distribution
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Experience and Skills
- Female, maximum 28 years old with strong likeability
- Minimum SMK/D3 in Secretarial or a related field
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office; fast and accurate typing is a must
- Good command of English, with familiarity in business correspondence and filing
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively
