Receptionist

Locations: Jakarta

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, mail, and greet guests
  • Handle domestic travel bookings for employees
  • Manage the scheduling and booking of all function rooms
  • Handle the distribution and reception of letters, documents, or packages to branches and customers in Indonesia
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies (ATK/Stationary) and handle distribution
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Experience and Skills

  • Female, maximum 28 years old with strong likeability
  • Minimum SMK/D3 in Secretarial or a related field
  • Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office; fast and accurate typing is a must
  • Good command of English, with familiarity in business correspondence and filing
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively
