IT Support Officer
Locations: Jakarta
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, LAN/WLAN networks, and software systems
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT-related problems effectively and in a timely manner
- Document support cases and maintain accurate technical records.
Experience and Skills
- Male, max. 30 years old with good professional appearance
- Min. D3 in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and network/server maintenance
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills in both hardware and software
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and high self-motivation
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic understanding of network security and data protection
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA, or equivalent) are considered a plus
