Executive Secretary
Locations: Jakarta
Main Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO’s schedule, arranging meetings, and organizing travel
- Ensure effective time management for the CEO by coordinating daily agendas, appointments, list of pending matters/emails and other priorities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks related to the CEO's directives
- Assist in personal management matters as required by the CEO
Experience and Skills
- Female, maximum 28 years old
- Minimum D3 in Secretarial studies with strong leadership charisma
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written; fluency in a second language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in handling multiple responsibilities at the corporate management level (e.g., accounting, legal, HR)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); fast and accurate typing is essential
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage tasks effectively (psychological testing will be conducted)
