IT Support Officer

Locations: Jakarta

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, LAN/WLAN networks, and software systems
  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT-related problems effectively and in a timely manner
  • Document support cases and maintain accurate technical records.

Experience and Skills

  • Male, max. 30 years old with good professional appearance
  • Min. D3 in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and network/server maintenance
  • Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills in both hardware and software
  • Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and high self-motivation
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic understanding of network security and data protection
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA, or equivalent) are considered a plus
