HRD & GA Assistant Manager

Locations: Jakarta

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee evaluations and ensure proper coordination of employee training programs
  • Handle recruitment processes and assist in employee relations management
  • Manage and update employee records, including attendance, benefits, and performance reviews
  • Support general administrative duties, including procurement and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR and GA concerns
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior

Experience and Skills

  • Male/Female, maximum 30 years old with good appearance
  • Minimum S1 in any field (Management, Law, Psychology preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); fast and accurate typing is a must
  • Fluent in English, with familiarity in business correspondence and filing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively (psycho test will be performed)
