HRD & GA Assistant Manager
Locations: Jakarta
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee employee evaluations and ensure proper coordination of employee training programs
- Handle recruitment processes and assist in employee relations management
- Manage and update employee records, including attendance, benefits, and performance reviews
- Support general administrative duties, including procurement and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR and GA concerns
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior
Experience and Skills
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old with good appearance
- Minimum S1 in any field (Management, Law, Psychology preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); fast and accurate typing is a must
- Fluent in English, with familiarity in business correspondence and filing
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively (psycho test will be performed)
